Welcome to Female Friday at the Jonesbones5 Blog. We have decided that every Friday we will blog about Steve’s ability to cope with females in his life. It’s your chance to provide advice, share your thoughts, and hear from Steve on how he lives a life dominated by females.
Facts behind the blog: Stephen has 3 daughters (2 of which are in middle school, enough said), 1 wife, 1 mother who lives 1 mile away (Stephen’s dad died in 1997), 1 mother-in- law that lives 4 blocks away (Patricia’s dad died in 1976), 1 female miniature daschund, and 2 female cats.
Here are the stats:
6 females – age range 9 – 78
1 male – age 41
3 female animals
Stephens’ God Given Abilities that help him cope:
- Capable of having fun
- Highly relational
- Able to accomplish many tasks in a short amount of time
- Able to tolerate high volumes of noise for a short amount of time
- Funny
- Able to get cranky when the need arises
Things that hinder his ability to cope:
- Unable to keep his comments and opinions to himself
- Unable to tolerate drama
- Unable to appreciate cute and fuzzy
- Unable to jump from subject to subject quickly while in conversation
- Unable to understand why middle school girls cry about clothes, hair and stuff.

Wow~
So much suffering for Steve! Remember God won’t give you more than you can handle, but I got to believe He’s laughing His head off!
I will be frequenting the blog as come next fall when Torrey goes to college, I’ll be all alone with a 7th grade girl and a pre-menopausal wife…Lord have mercy!
