I love that my quads are getting strong this week from doing squats. I confess my aim is a bit off and my shoes will never be the same. Enough said.
I love the 25 minute walk each day to the Compassion project. The streets are filled with all sort of life. Cars honk, dogs bark, small business owners try to get our attention, and of course the goats, donkeys and cow like creatures make the walk more interesting.
I love the coffee ceremonies. The Ethiopians start a little fire, roast the beans, then steam the coffee. The coffee is amazing!
I love the people because they are beautiful inside and out. They are relational and not afraid to have a deep conversation. Their warmth makes me feel special. They love so well!
But most of all, I love the small things. This is what makes my heart pitter patter and spill over with love.
