Upon the closing of our last two investment properties yesterday and loosing our entire investment, I have these thoughts….

It’s more fun to make money than to loose money…..

There are more life lessons to be gained in loosing money than making money…..

The things that are truly valuable don’t cost money……

Money brings worries.  Without any money there is less to worry about……

Don’t count your chickens before they hatch and don’t spend money that you don’t have…

Make smart investments and find a good money manager. 

 Be careful about going into business with family and friends……

When making risky investments, be willing to loose it all and make sure your pockets are deep…. For instance… don’t mortgage your home….

Remember it’s not the end of the world….

 Count all your blessings…..

After loosing money, eat warm chocolate chip cookies…..
