It’s sort of like when you graduate from high school, or have the last night of summer camp, you have to reminisce.
It’s my birthday, and I’m in the Philippines, so I felt like posting something a little different today. This is my last blog trip, which makes me sad, however, it’s not the last trip I will blog on. I just won’t be going with Keely and Shaun anymore. With my new position at Compassion I will be doing a lot more Short Term Missions Trips so I need to make myself available for those trips. However, I just have to say that the blog trips have truly been life changing for me. They are the very reason I am working full time for Compassion now. God is good. I have loved the friendships that I have made, I have learned so much about the importance of story and I especially love my the many friends I have made and I especially love Keely and Shaun. Anyway, in honor of my life changing experiences on blog trips, I made this video, maybe more for me than anybody else. Music by Eric Hutgen – Rivers

Somehow I missed this post during our trip! How?? Dang it, you made me cry.
And it’s YOU who should be thanked. I can’t imagine these trips without Mama Jones. Love you, friend.
Thank you for being the mama to so many of us, Patricia. What a gift you are!!
I am beyond blessed to have shared so many memories, stories, tears and laughs with you!! I love you!!
Love it! Love you!
I agree thank you for all of the memories and the stories from all of the bloggers trips we have followed. You provide current sponsors and advocates with inspiration and encouragement to keep advocating. You continue to plant seeds to sow the ministry of Compassion and the love of Jesus.
Thank you for sharing this journey with us and for sharing both the need and the solution Compassion offers. Finally thank you for being an example of Gods love.
So beautiful – I especially smiled when I saw shoes! What a fun way for us to also remember each trip we’ve followed.
I am so proud of what you have helped to accomplish. I miss you when you are gone but I wouldn’t want you to trade these memories for anything. Well done lady!
