OK.  We have been at a Christian festival called Lifest for the last couple of days here in Wisconsin. It’s been 3 full days of music, speakers, festival food, cheese curds, and funnel

cakes.  I am still in awe over the deep fried Twinkies.  I just can’t seem to try them.  We usually don’t drive 2000 miles to attend events with my husband, but Steve is on the board for Lifest and Life Promotions, so he wanted us to meet everyone.  For me it’s been a lot of fun to see dear friends.  Here are some random things that I will share about our current experience.

Random share #1 – Grace has been noticing all the tattoos on musicians.   She then mentioned how it was weird to see tattoos on people who have not been in prison.  Most of the people in our church have tattoos yet their tattoos represent their prison life or their lives in drug addiction.

Random share #2 – Bob Lenz is absolutely an amazing speaker and if you ever get a chance to hear him, you won’t be sorry.

Random share #3 – My girls are amazing kids.  I love watching them play and interact with people.

Random share #4- Peder Eide gave a seminar today on Family Worship.  I loved how he related worship to lifting others up.  He encouraged families to affirm one another everyday and build each other up.  This is an act of worship.  Compliment your kids!

Random share  #5 – I love all the people that my husband works with.  They are the most wonderful people in the world.  Stephen loves them too.  What a great staff he has!
